As expert in swordplay as in magic, Red Mages are easy to understand. It depends. In raids, I view difficulty on how hard is it to keep DPS under pressure, and how punished you are for slipping up. Therefore, once you have the raid mindset, the easiest are probably WHM and SGE. Healers can generally clear savage freestyling their DPS due to how simple the kits are designed. Tanking is very easy in this game for normal content. If you find you like it, Gunbreaker is a great option available at higher levels and does better DPS. If you find you don't like taking, Red Mage is also available at higher levels and has a lot of solo benefits as well for a DPS class.
