455 Mid PTO Won't Engage. I'm at a loss on this one. The red and green lights on the control board are on and the PTO dash light is on. I have 12v at the solenoid. The solenoid has 0.1 resistance as well. When I pull the PTO lever nothing happens and there is no change in noise. I bought the tractor in the fall, changed the hydro fluid and .... t4.75 just will not start. I have a 2011 T4.75 with 300 hours. No major problems to date. Parked it one day last week. Now it will not engage the solenoid/starter (no click, no crank). Dash lights come on. Glow plug icon stays on for a few seconds then goes off (normal). The yellow PTO icon (engaged) is on but the PTO is disengaged.I have gotten a estimate of repair cost from the shop at the local tractor dealer. If the clutch needs to be replaced they will charge around $1600.00 for labor. The parts would be $600.00, for remanufactured parts. I am reading up on what is involved in doing the work myself. I think I am in the right area. I have a tc45da new holland tractor and I am having trouble engaging and disengaging the pto. I also having the same problem with the 4wd lever. I have read manual and following it, but It is so difficult sometimes that the levers are bending. Thanks for any help.
